This is an interesting article, but also one of the reasons why science (the subject that I love so much) makes me sick sometimes. Who cares why people do "good deeds"? Instead of just leaving the humanitarian aspect of it alone, certain people (evolutionary psychologists ... their scientific methods are questionable) must pick it apart and assume that in the course of evolution, even something as simple as volunteering at a homeless shelter must certainly have ulterior motives.

Biology and ecology show me the beauty and wonder of God's creation ... other parts of science show me the other side of the spectrum. I'm glad I'm on the side I am.
