On another note, I got my first piece of iTechnology yesterday. I got a green iPod shuffle for my birthday! It is practically the sweetest gift I've ever been given. I ran with it this morning and the run went by so much faster with music. I don't know how I trained for a marathon without this little green wonder.
I'm still going to run in silence sometimes because there is something to be said for the calming effect that running has on me, but this little guy is definitely going to be traveling just about everywhere with me. The stairmaster at Ping is going to be so much nicer with a little personal surround sound. =)
Hopefully these things are sweat-proof ...
