So the above dog is Riley, my first Aussie, my love, my little tail-less hairy mangy mongrel. I really want a bumper sticker that says "My Australian Shepherd is smarter than your honor student" ... because chances are, he is.
The rest of the pictures will be of Copper, the dog I'm fostering but wish I could keep. I am the worst candidate for a foster home ever ... my tragic flaw is I fall completely in love with animals if they're around me for more than 10 seconds. Keep Gimli away from me or one day he and his purple ball might end up missing .............

And the irony is, I was going to ask you watch Gimli the weekend of May 12 at your house, if Copper had already left. He's an old man, too, though. :) Just turned 9!
